My biggest consern is the flu not just the swine flu but any and every flu.I think for people to stay healthy they should eat right and exersize at least 30 minites a day.It is important that even adults stay healthy. Ashley.
Palm Springs Unified School District is focusing on health this year. Concerns include the Swine Flu, childhood obesity, "couch potatoes," limited P.E. in the elementary schools, etc. President Obama just gave a speech about health insurance. What are your greatest concerns and what can we do so that we all stay healthy or become healthier?
I think that instead of just sitting there we can go outside and play sports there are many of sports out there.

I think we should have sports 2 days a week and run the mile 3 days a week. Running 3 days a week will help are body build stonger bones and we will stay healthy.

Since kids spend most o f their active time at school, I think that schools should give healthier foods at lunch. We should also stop being lazy and start exercising. You'd be surprised by how good you will feel when you're healthy.

I think that another importantt health issue is that even though people need to go to the hospital, they refuse to go because their afraid they can't affford it. People need to visit their doctor regularly, for normal check ups. If people start getting check ups regularly that can help save a lot of lifes. I think the health insurance companies should something about it, so people can live healthier lives.

I think kids should do exersise at their house and at school and get more active into sports. I think that elementary schools should also have P.E. every day!? There the ones that could get sick easier because there younger. And maybe schools should stop giving hot cheetos for lunch and maybe something healther and more fruit and vegetables not pizza and burritos....they should give juice to drink haven't they thought of people that don't like milk!!!! Hilario- I think that every single couch potato should go outside and exercise. Every single one. Why? Because a lot of obese people are walking around us every day. Look at the new sixth-graders that came in this year. They are all short and fat. I bet its because in the elementary schools, they give greasy food, and only one day a week for P.E. I think its great we have to run a mile two days a week and play sports three days a week. I am scared of the swine flu. A lot of people are getting the flu, and alot of people are dying.People are whining because they are fat, but it is their fault because they don't exercise. People should exercise 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week, at least.
Hilario- I think Aurora is right, we should vote to have elementary schools have P.E. every day, and that they should give healthy food. I mean, chips are okay but not the greasy nasty ones. My syster doesn't eat elementary school food, so she isn't fat, but my friends' brother eats lunch food over there and he is kind of fat.
VICTOR- I say people should workout, go for jogs, eat healthy, or walk your dog there is so many things you can do exercise for at least 30 minutes a day for 3 days a week like hilario said.
VICOTR- For the swine flu I say wash your hands before you eat,dont not share drinks or food. Also stay healthy because if you are healthy you will have a strong imune system but if your weak your imune sytem is weak you will be likely to catch a disese or flu.

For the swine flu or any flu i say people should wash there hands before they eat and wash them after you touch anything you know is dirty. Another thing people can do to stay healthy is when its cold wear a sweater and try to stay away from people who are sick and don't drink or touch anything they touch unless you wash your hands after. -Jose

What i think about this question is that we should all stay healthy. Not drink from others people drinks always wash your hands the swine flu is still going on and we need to protect are selves.

I think for us not to get the swine Flu we could stay inside the whole day or if someone is sick don't get closed to them or not touch them. For us to stay healthy we should not take something that you don't know what it is, you never know if it is bad or good before taking it or eating it.
